Who we are

GridGood makes drawer organisers for GP practices. Contact: hello@gridgood.co.uk.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, practice name, email address, phone number if you give it, and the details of the drawers and equipment you tell us about. We do not collect any patient information and you should not send us any.

Why

To prepare your quote, deliver your order and contact you about it. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.

Who sees it

Only GridGood. Quote requests are received through our website host, Netlify, and emails through our email provider. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months. Order records are kept for six years for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
